Harriet Rariden, 92, of Decatur, IL passed away on Wednesday (Nov. 16, 2011).

Cremation rites were accorded per Harriet's wishes. Dawson & Wikoff North Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be directed to Make A Wish Foundation.

Mrs. Rariden was born on October 25, 1919 in Lovington, IL, the daughter of Harry and Minnie (Clough) Reynolds. Harriet was a fifty year member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Harriet leaves behind two sons: James (Jackie) Gunnels of Decatur, IL and Jon (Patsy) Gunnels of Colorado Springs, CO; five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister: Mary Moeller, husband: James Gunnels, husband: Paul Rariden and her son: Mike Gunnels.
